We currently have an exciting opportunity to make a difference for people living with vision loss and specialized needs, within our Client Services team, by contributing to Guide Dogs SA/NT’s understanding of the impact and effectiveness of the support provided to clients.

At Guide Dogs SA/NT we use our expertise in dogs and vision to promote independence, participation, inclusion and wellbeing for people with low vision, blindness or specialised support needs.
About the role
The role of the Client Impact Survey Volunteer is to reach out to clients who have been supported by Guide Dogs SA/NT over the past 12 months to gather feedback through a survey designed to measure the social impact of our services.
Based in our Guide Dogs SA/NT head office in the city, your role will involve conducting surveys in a professional and empathetic manner, helping us understand the effectiveness of our support and identifying areas for improvement.
About you
Essential requirements of this role include:
- Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate positively
- Computer literacy with accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High level attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite would be preferred.
An NDIS Worker Screening Check will be required (free for volunteers).
